Excellent experience in buying a new trailer at Aakron. Hayden made the process seamless. Took boat and old trailer to them and they tuned the new trailer to the hull. They also arranged disposal of the old trailer. Well priced, good quality trailer.

Went down there to get my trailer lights fixed under warranty after 5 days. LH indicated wasn't working, used some cheap method of fixing it.Then about 9 months later both had stopped working.I suggested that they use a quality connector plug, and owner got very hostile.The taillight, brake n indicator were made in China, funny that!They repaired it but was a very unpleasant experience.I would not recommend them.

Outstanding after sales service. I had a small inconsistent issue when retrieving my boat with the trailer. Jonathan organised for my boat to be transported from Warkworth to Auckland. He then re-aligned the rollers, serviced the trailer and had it back to me the same day! Absolutely brilliant.

great service with a fast turnaround of fitting my boat to the trailer.had one small hiccup with the cuplink but this was resolved swiftly. would recommend.

Bought a replacement tandem boat trailer 27th July 2018. All good and sorted after I made a measure error on the boat which then needed the originally discussed trailer to be downsized. The team rehashed it all in a day and had me on my way later the same day. Had a problem with one of the wheels causing a significant issue with imbalance. After a bit of balance checking next morning found the culprit which Aakron are generously replacing and letting me keep the wobbly one for a spare. Hopefully I've made a couple of suggestions especially about warrant placement on the trailers that will help going forward. Good people to deal with.
