Such amazing service! Everyone was super friendly and did a fantastic job at fixing our car. Also a beautiful clean inside and out too which i wasn’t expecting but I was so thankful for!

Recently had a no faults scratch/dent put on the side of the car due to SUV door being opened. Bay Panel Beaters not only professionally repaired the damage but also provided a great customer service. They were flexible and followed up with telephone calls on arranging the car to be delivered, I had a tidy and clean courtesy car for the days my car was being repaired, the work was finished earlier that expected and when I picked up my car it had been beautifully valeted - both inside and out. It looked great. If unlucky enough to get any other damage on the car I would certainly use them again.

Very impressed. I had my car back in 4 days, they even cleaned it! Hoping I will never need a Panel Beater again but if I do, I know where I'll be taking my car. This was an insurance job and they booked my car in the week after the accident... didnt have to wait weeks to take my car in or weeks to get it back. Customer service is also top notch... cant say enough good things. Thanks again for you help!

Prompt efficient service. Very pleased with the result.

Poor finish and workmanship on a simple job.We had our windshield removed, the surface rust was repaired by Bay Panelbeaters. The job was done with little care or consideration for a good finish. This has left the car looking worse than when we dropped it off. The primer finish is full of sand and paint dust roughy and bumpy.Smith and smith called to say the car was ready with a new windshield yet said the primer paint job was not up to scratch. Upon picking up the car it’s clear the taping or (lack there of) was either pulled up to early or the surface was not cleaned prior to taping thus leaving primer to run under the tape.Straight paint lines aren’t difficult. It was suggested by Bay Panel that I should just scratch the primer off myself or go pick up some pain and paint it myself.Lastly the interior of the car was left complete covered with paint and sanding dust. Needless to say the car now needs to be detailed and cleaned throughout.Can’t recommend this company and won’t be back again.

Excellent service but do not know the cost of panel beating of my company Ford van. Payment is up between two businesses.
