Ordered through Uber eats and already instructed to add specific ingredients but no they don't follow the simple rules. First and last time ordered.

Ordered on Uber eats and they tried tell the driver to cancel the order.Didn't start prep or anything after already taking my money.

The night and day is absolutely horribly expensive and they dont display prices on products. Support your local dairy dont go to these robbers.If you go there and rate them above 1 star your stupid or you have been paid by them to post a review.

Customer service is horrible.Went in, got my items, and waited at the counter to be served. The guy is cleaning the hot food area which is totally fine, but no acknowledgement I’m waiting. Then what happened is the same thing that’s happened the last three times I’ve been there (with different people too).Walks over and starts scanning my items. Doesn’t even acknowledge I exist. No greeting, no eye contact, and no words spoken at all. He said thank you to my friend when he served her after I spoke loudly to her asking if she was greeted.Like I’m not expecting much but acknowledgement that I am a human standing there would be great. To this guy, if you hate your job so much, don’t work there.

If I can vote this place a BIG DOODLE OF Zero I would.. I have had multiple bad experiences of this place depending on who's working at the time. This is why it is best to always go in than ordering via uber eats for you never know who's preparing your food since these rassh*... rather take your money than preparing your food properly KMT!!!

My local, has fast lanes as well as regular pay in store pumps. Has a good selection of food and the takeaway coffee isn't too bad. Only annoyance is no paywave

Dont expect helpful service from this place.And do not eat there hot food.There food hygiene is low.Communication is often low ive had staff pretend they cant speak english after hearing them soeak it , as though they would get the job if they couldn't speak some .This place can be a nightmare they wont come out and help with anything cause workers at gas stations only work tills these days lazy lacking in experience and genral knowledge.Ive been sworn at told go elsewhere .This is a cowboy outfit.

Went there during lockdown September 2021. Brought some hot food. I asked if the hot chips where hot and was told yes, to find they were not!! They were warm and dry. Customer service not the best. Felt as though he was rushing me.

On the run out west and had to stop in for a hotdog on a stick and a flat white.Such a wide range of warm food to choose from, the staff are really nice and everything stocked and presented well.James AshwinKakapo Business Sales
