Fast and reliable

Whitewave solutions arrived and had the problem fixed in a matter of a couple of hours of phoning them.Thought they were very fairly priced. Very happy client as this was a Saturday, shop local at it's best.Still waiting to hear back from the company I left a message with last week.Thanks Tim.

Heard only good things about this company, but unfortunately the landline number appears to be disconnected and the mobile phone is never picked up. There is an 0800 but it it goes to a Fisher & Paykel call centre :( ... I'm old school, I want to talk to a real person, not a computer to navigate a telephone obstacle course.- Wait for the computer voice to waffle on about Fisher & Paykel's privacy policy- Wait for the computer voice to waffle on about Covid-19 policy- Have the computer try to fob me off to a website to interact wth a chat botFinally, five minutes later, I'm told I have a wait time in excess of five minutes to talk to someone here, in my town.Seriously, guys, if you value your local customers, let them talk to you.... directly !!!
