I have worked with John for the past 2 1/2 years and he has been simply amazing. The body talk system and John have helped me get to where I am now and highly recommend it to everyone.

I recently had an injury that other medical professionals could only guess at what was wrong. John diagnosed it with pin-point accuracy. I've had great results over the four years I've been receiving sessions from time to time, yet with this latest injury, the new technology and tools John has started using this year have made his sessions a game-changer.

Body Talk is the most amazing and transforming alternative therapy there is. I call it my check up from the neck up. Whenever things get too much, I am overwhelmed or really just dont know what is going on, I book a body talk session with John and I walk away feeling a million dollars and everything just seems light. When I have so many thoughts in my head but am unable to complete any of them, I book a body talk session! I have dealt with a lot of passed trauma and drama from anxiety with massive panic attacks all the way to what I eat and how I exercise and what is right for me and what my body actually wants to do. It genuinely is for me, the only practitioner and form of treatment that I need in my life. I have been having body talk sessions for around 14 years and was also having remote sessions when live internationally for a few years. I have no need for the doctor and cannot remember the last time I actually went to one. I highly recommend body talk and John Swanepoel and could not say enough good things about them both. They have both been my absolute saviour over the years and for this I could not be more thankful or grateful!!!

INCREDIBLE RESULTS!!!I injured my knee approx 3 years ago and have had problems with it ever since. Whenever I would try to run more than about 10-12kms the outside of it would become so painful that I could barely bend it for a day or two afterwards. After my first session I was able run 16kms the next day with literally NO pain the knee whatsoever, and have since been running regularly, including a 24km trail run, the knee feels great.Cannot thank John and the bodytalk system enough and absolutely recommend to anyone with persistent or nagging sports injuries.Thanks.
