My husband and I have used multiple trade companies over 8 years and 2 houses, and Flow Plumbing were by far the best company we have ever worked with. We engaged them to install central heating into our home. The initial engagement with Simon was great, professional, and detailed. Then we were called to say they could start BEFORE the installation date scheduled. What was to be a 5 day job they did in 2.5 days. The team Michael and Chris were fantastic, professional, polite, great at communicating each step and explaining instructions, very neat and tidy, and the job has surpassed our expectations. Experienced team, and obviously well run company. Would highly recommend!

Chris and Michael from Flow Plumbing have just finished installing central heating, with 7 radiators in my house and small apartment downstairs. Having tradespeople in your home for an extended period of time, is sometimes very stressful, but having Michael and Chris here was very easy. They were very professional, tidy and went the extra mile, by pulling up floorboards to make the job was neat & tidy. Thanks to Simon for sending me the A team. Highly recommended.

Flow replaced a central heating boiler installed by the previous owner of our place. Firstly they were able to provide a quote within a day or so by sending them pictures of the current setup. Then they were available quickly to install and do some repair work to pipes etc.All pretty easy, and Chris who did the installation was real helpful in general, and in getting the wifi and app sorted for boiler control.No surprises on how good Flow are given their 4.9 overall rating.

We had central heating installed with radiators, heated by a heat pump. This system also provides domestic water. The team were always on time, explained every step, and the work provided seems very high quality. We can absolutely recommend Flow Plumbing, I’d choose them again without hesitation!

We had Flow Plumbing install a central heating system in our 120 year old house - radiators and boiler. We hadn't worked with Flow before, but found them to be excellent. The initial site visit and quoting went well, the assessment was thorough and we had lots of questions that were answered clearly. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and we received reminders about the start of the work. They turned up on time each day and worked hard.There are always unforeseen issues that crop up when working on such an old house and the guys came up with sensible, practical solutions. We were regularly kept up to date with progress and what the next steps were. The workmanship is to a high standard and we've very happy with the result.They were friendly , polite and respectful of our home space.

I had wanted radiator's installed for a number of years, I had them when I lived in the UK and they were brilliant, an even temperature through the house, you can adjust each rooms temps to suit your need. They looked nice, when you walk into a room, they don't overtake the room.After last winter where I spent a fortune on wood for the woodburner and the wood was overdry and burnt to fast and the hours of work involved in stacking and waking in the morning to a freezing house I had enough and asked around friends and they recommended Simon and flow plumbing.Simon made 3 visits to the house. We talked about placement, what was involved in the installation, how long it would take, running costs. Right from the start Simon was very professional, punctual and friendly. The guys that installed the radiators were the same, they put down a drop sheet to protect the carpet, vacuumed every day, tidied their tools and were a pleasure to have in my home.Because I was going from a low-pressure tank to mains the pressure on the shower has doubled its amazing.I look at the radiators and feel warmth and know we are going to be very cozy in winter now.Over the years I have done alot of projects to houses and they nearly always come with some problems, this did not, Simon organized the gas provider which meant I didnt have to wait on the phone for hours to talk to them, this process has been the most professional job I have ever been through.Thank you Flow plumbing, I would highly recommend you toanyone.
