The Y Lynfield Youth and Leisure Centre
This is the community hub for local gym enthusiasts. But there is more than that. They also have a badminton hall and table tennis table. The toilets are clean and tidy. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We did a fun filled orienteering! Highly recommended!

The Y Lynfield Youth and Leisure Centre
Facilities are great but it seems group bookings are made and taken from kids below 18 with no adult concent or signoff. This could be potentially riskey . I have expressed my concern via a hand filled feedback form as well directly to the centre at reception. There seem to be no processes in place for the safety and security of the children when they are on site .

The phone service is absolutely shocking. Don't think they ever answer the phone. The place could do with a re-vamp, as we've been going here for years now. I think it's time to get new equipment for the badminton courts etc.. nets, racquets...Overall just hoping to see an improvement. Otherwise a decent leisure Centre.

The Y Lynfield Youth and Leisure Centre
When I was back in NZ I used this gym during my holiday. Staff were kind enough to let me trial it and use it for a couple of weeks. The gym has a good range of equipment and the members are good at wiping down the equipment after use. It would be good to see more personal trainers on the floor as I noticed some of the more junior members lacking form or knowledge in using free weights which can lead to injury.Looking forward to using the gym on my next trip back to NZ!

Excellent sports infrastructure.. Good squash and badminton courts and the Gym is also nice.. But facilities are expensive

Great gym nothing to complain about EXCEPT it smells like landfill waste garbage half the time i think the smell comes through the window, bit of a shame but other than that its great

Hopefully they add speed bumps in this car park. People drive really fast through here, where flocks of birds live and other people are trying to walk.
