Purchased a pair of boots slightly too small. Chapman store (i believe Amy) was incredibly helpful in getting me the correct size sent and communication was on key!

The girls in this store - oh how they warm my heart every time ❤️❤️ Recently they found my visiting best friend her daughter’s first perfect perfume - which involved Tom’s of banter and incredible trials of every perfume in the shop… today I needed a funeral dress and yes again, the girls (different ones but the same good ladies) came up trumps - with a beautiful Juliette Hogan dress plus chats on deeper meanings of life stuff such as departed pets , whoever employs these staff member gets it right. Love coming to this store for serious occasions spending

Had a lovely shopping experience on Sunday - although we didn’t purchase anything the girl working was so lovely and helpful & really knew her stuff. Will be definitely purchasing from Chapman store in future x
