Totally recommend Becky. It was great meeting her and have her assistance with diet and routine. I loved our interaction, the fact she backed everything she said by scientific evidence, her her precise yet flexible approach to things, not overly prescriptive but detailed enough to be useful. Becky has been fantastic, she answered all my questions thoroughly and did research to make sure that any supplements she suggested won't cause issues with my IBS or medication. She is very knowledgeable, informative and friendly. I really appreciated the emails that she would send after our sessions, with further information regarding what we had discussed.

Becky and the team at the Performance Pantry are incredible, I originally approached Becky seeking help for RED-S and have gotten so much support from her! Becky is so dedicated and genuinely invested in my wellbeing, not just as an athlete, but as a person in general. I can approach Becky whenever I need and she will alway help me out or answer questions, often outside of official 'consolation' time sessions. I love the science and number crunching aspect of nutrition, which Becky is incredibly knowledgeable in- but she explains it in a way that doesn't make me feel silly or stupid. If you need support to improve your performance or just want a new way to try balance your wellbeing, Becky and The Performance Pantry is a great place to start!!

I went to see Becky at The Performance Pantry because I wanted support and advice to improve my energy and ability to train. Becky was lovely and super helpful with lots of great ideas. She always followed up her sessions with an email summary of what we discussed. She also did research outside of our sessions and sent information through to me. I would really recommend Becky for anyone looking for dietary or lifestyle advice.

We had Becky speak with our PCA Senior swimmers at a workshop. The session she ran was fantastic, it was targeted at the right level, the information shared made everyone think about how they currently plan for a multi day event. The session on hydration certainly busted some myths which was really valuable for all those who attended. I personally highly recommend Becky to others.

I must have appt for anyone training. I’ve been training for a marathon and was underperforming. Meeting with Anna really helped with my fuelling, both in my performance and in my recovery. I would highly recommend. She had a huge pool of knowledge and I felt supported and now feel filled with confidence I can smash my marathon!!
