Our property manager Liz was an absolute gem to have for our house, she is always super bubbly, friendly and understanding every time we get in touch. I loved her so much I felt like she had my back in a way haha! super super supportive and grateful for her and the rest of the team, also shout out to sharron you rock!

Cannot recommend this agency enough, they truly care about your issues and are always willing to help. Liz has been exceptionally good to us and she is always very responsive, whether it is call or email! She is very lovely to speak with and she gets things done all the time. There are even times where she provides us services that she knows will keep the house extra clean and safe (e.g handyman to remove cobwebs around the house). Truly a star, we’re glad to have PropertyScouts as our property management & Liz as our manager.

Quite possibly the best rental agency I have ever rented from. Liz Hope is an exceptionally excellent Property Manager, easy breezy to get along with, fast on actioning things, reasonable with a lovely nature. Will definitely use them again in the future 11/10 the best in Invercargill.

I have had a great experience with Property scouts! Everyone there is really friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure customers are happy in their property. Liz gets onto requests for the property super fast, and there is always work orders ready the next day! Liz and the team have been really good to work with!
