Speed Science were absolutely awesome to deal with. I needed to order some new Bilstein shocks for my car. Not only were the prices of the shocks reasonable, but the shipping was as well. Plus the communication throughout the whole process was prompt and the staff were knowledgeable. I would definitely use Speed Science again if I needed to buy some additional parts for my car.

The best aftermarket performance parts store you can ask for in NZ. They can basically get any part from major brands overseas if you ask them to. Highly recommend to speak to Jordan and he'll sort you out. Regards to Adam and the rest of the team. Keep up the great work!

Waited 8months+ for rear bumper plastics major muck around with split shipping lack of communication and very dissatisfied with updates. Whole lot of apologies but always blaming something else. Asked for some stickers for the inconvenience as good faith and no response. I've spent abit of money and am rather disappointed in the company's response. Wouldn't recommend or maybe I got unlucky

Terrible service. Order $2500 wheels. Waw well aware of lead times to indent wheels before hand. Originally was told wheels had to come from japan then had to chase them up for updates, 2 months later i was told they were on their way from the supplier. Received no communication unless I followed them up, IF THEY WOULD EVEN REPLY. 4 months in I'm following up and being told they are leaving their American supplier but hadn't left their yet because of delays so we're expecting another 3 to 4 weeks until they left there. (originally was japan and they were already on their way?)Lack of communication and very poor customer service. They have left me $2500 out of pocket, I have requested a refund. NO REPLY

Firstly , my purchase wasn't exactly cheap (upwards of $1000.00) and more importantly it was a special order" meaning it wasn't in stock and once an order is placed it is then ordered from overseas (USA) then shipped to Speed Science then forwarded to the buyer.So I payed and placed my order and received via email a "thanks for your order" and a video to watch

After many years of buying products with no problems at all. I had a product not work properly, the team treated me with concern and were super kind and helpful and sorting it out for me.
