We have had pleasure of experiencing a living/working relationship with Harbinson’s as our property managers for the last 3 years.As tenants/renters for the past 20 years, I can confidently say that Harbinson’s (Kelly & Vaughan) have been the most efficient property managers we have ever had. Their genuine care for both the tenant and the homeowner is evident with their attentiveness to get issues sorted in a prompt manner. Their communication is also always timely and professional and no matter how big or small the issue is we never felt like a hindrance.Their sincerity to get to know us as a family and understand our needs I believe is what truly set them apart from the rest. I’ve lived in a property managed by Harbinsons for two years. I can’t give enough credit for their service. They render very prompt and efficient service. They always go beyond and above. Like, I don’t expect they arrange a handyman coming to fix a mild leaking so soon. They are in your shoes to care about your living condition.
