Xero Accounting Software

I've found this company to be not helpful to me. I'm now unable to log into my account as they've added a new verification step. Which would be useful but you have to log in to use it. But, you can't log in without setting it up. There is no way to contact anyone just an email support center, that woefully beyond useless. I would never recommend. But if you want to use them, beware you'll never see your company's info again. Would give zero stars if possible.

Love this software. Has made my bookkeeping easy and fun (aka less painful). Great integration with bank feeds means reconciling accounts is quick and simple, with Xero being able to intuitively pick-up my patterns and guess the coding based on past similar transactions. Highly recommended for small businesses, sole traders, and individuals

LACK OF LIVE SUPPORT!! I am trying to contact a person to get my locked account activated, I have entered sufficient payment details, however I cannot get a response?? I have sent a notification through online support. You guys need to provide a live person to chat to so that we can discuss our issues real time with someone. Automated online help is okay for standard issues, but its better to have a person for issues that can't be resolved through the online system!!

I dare you to find contact number for any supports !! Multiple pages of unnecessary supports informations!! Not a single contact number!! 5 pages i went through not a single number to call !! This has to change XERO !!!!

There is no 0800 phone number, only chats but you have to wait hours to each answer , poor customer service.

Awesome offices with a very cool fitout including a coffee bar, table tennis, pool board, darts, quiet zones and literally anything else you would want. Great vibe... Oh, and the software is good too.

Way too much focus on UX and cosmetics, leaving users to have to come up with an increasing number or workarounds, with support responding with answers which can be effectively summarised as No sorry

Xero 2 factor does not work! There is no way to get support as you have any access behind the login. The software is lacking as well.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Xero obviously means Xero support. I have been locked out of my account for days, I have been unable to operate my business or pay my staff. There is no way to contact support and they have no sense of urgency in resolving the issue and allowing me to access my account that I pay a huge amount for. My $20 a month phone plan offers better support than this expensive subscription.There was a lag of 10 hours then 6 hours between response from their support and that is after waiting over a day for them to initially get back to my request. In the mean time I can't run my business and I have incurred a fine from IRD because I couldn't do my PAYE filing on time. Do not go with this product, go for a provider who has actual support.
