I've been super impressed from day-one after being introduced to Michelle at Max Property Management. Such a great attention to detail with a great sense of care towards both the tenants and the properties managed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We rented with Max property management for 6 months. They had great communication and would have someone out within 48 hours to have things fixed in our apartment. Nothing was too big or small. Even when we said we were moving out they were still so lovely and helpful. We mostly dealt with Adam who was wonderful with us when we had to stay on longer due to lockdown.

I have rented with Max Property for nearly four years. They have been awesome to deal with – easy going, but very professional and diligent at the same time. I really did appreciate their great communication and how responsive and approachable they were, which over the years I’ve come to realise are not the most common traits in the industry. They also were really helpful with the move out process – arranging an end of tenancy clean at a reasonable price, really efficient bond refunds etc. Highly recommend Max Property Management.

She has been managing one of my properties which is located outside of our usual geographic portfolio, and I have been extremely impressed with her professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail. Michelle at Max Property Management is the best property manager I have ever I had  - She is amazing, friendly and very efficient with getting anything that needs to be done to the house.Not to mention when I broke my leg she helped to organise someone to come in and trim the hedges for me, even though she didn’t have too.I highly recommend going with them if you are an owner or a tenant absolutely amazing!

We moved to Christchurch from Invercargill and were looking for a rental. Julia from Max property was able to show us a place that fit exactly what we needed at that point, she is a kind hearted person who treats people with respect. She was very efficient is getting all the paperwork, reference checks etc sorted literally in half a day which was very impressive. We stayed with Max property for 2 years and never had any issues. When there was something that needed attention, it was taken care of right away. One of the best property agents in Christchurch. Highly recommended.

Loved being a tenant with Max Property, the team were very helpful in finding us a place to live when we moved down from Wellington in 2020. They were also very supportive and understanding of our situation (we were waiting on our new build first home to be completed, and it was delayed by 5 months - thanks Covid!) and ensured we switched to a periodic tenancy once the initial term was up, which ran right up to when we moved into our first home. Great correspondence, great communication, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to find a rental to live in in Christchurch :)

I honestly enjoyed my tenancy with them during my 2 years of renting. I am so thankful to Wally reyn. She is the best person i’ve ever met. She helped me throughout during my stay. She is Helpful,honest and punctual. I would recommend them to anyone in the city. They always discussed everything with us so never had any issues. I am sad that i no longer renting with them.
