It's a hit and miss, and it feels that there's a competition between the doctors and staff members. We went there to meet with Dr Bill, and the other doctor who greeted us was visibly annoyed and talked back to us. Unfortunately, the hype about Dr Bill is just a hype. He likes to talk about himself a lot, and enjoy being flattered. When he asked you whether you feel good after the treatment, the only acceptable answer is yes; any other answers and/or complaints will be faced with annoyed response from him, and he'll treat you badly as well. He also like to share the story of his patients who were miraculously cured after he treat them - unfortunately, those are just stories.He also like to bad-mouth about the herbs used in chinese medicine in new zealand saying that those herbs are not fresh; however, he'll try to sell you his 'special tea' mixed by himself using the same herbs that he always bad-mouthed.He also treat what he think you need to be treated, and ignores whatever you said, like I went there because of my shoulder injury, BUT he treat me for liver, stomach, intestine and whatever else - I lost count except the shoulder injury.If you like doctors that have lots of stories about how he miraculously cure his patients, he's your man - but if you really want to be cured, find another place.One of the doctor is very rude: told me off because I didn't understand chinese language; and the doctors and staff their mainly communicate in chinese.
