As a prepay petrol user I was annoyed when I asked to prepay and was told they couldn't do it. I then proceeded to (in my tired haze) overspend at the pump. The staff member told me it couldn't be done yet I've been doing it for years. Shame really.

What poor service we just received at theZ Dee street Invercargill, the girl that is on service definitely does not have the skills to deal with customers, doesn’t even help to complain about customer service because there where none, absolutely appalling and disgusting, very disappointed

Just feels like another chain store that has a customer service time limit. Horrible when it's busy and just doesn't live up to its tv advertisement. I will stick to my small town petrol station for real customer service
