Got a confirmation text this morning and drove an hour and a half for my appointment just to be told my appointment had been canceled and the optometrist wasn’t even there.

Best place to buy your eyeglasses from with huge range of collection and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are in Hamilton, look no further.My experience:Had my eye test and my glasses done but there was an issue with the lenses and my experience during my visit.Long story short, the issue was resolved way way above my expectation that I had to write a good review.I can say from my experience with many eyeglasses and sunglasses I bought during the years (I have more than 10 eyeglasses and many sunglasses) from many shops in NZ, but this branch OPSM is the best in NewZealand. The level of commitment and customer care is the next level, even after you buy your glasses they still got you back if you need any help.

They are really helpful and patient. Happy to help customers and provide free service when the glasses don’t fell right.

Absolutely stunning store! The outstanding friendly staff were so helpful and accommodating with all of my requests! If anyone requires an optometrist I highly recommend OPSM Hamilton.
