I recently called upon James's expertise to fix my outdated stovetop, so that the temperature gauge would function correctly, and to further make sure it was safe for use. James's professionalism and experience as an electrician was evident from the get-go, as he diagnosed my existing electrical problem, communicated effectively about the process to fix it, and then efficiently sourced, installed, and re-wired new thermostats and an element. James completed the job to a standard of excellence - I am now enjoying cooking meals on a fully safe and functioning appliance.
