A brilliant store. Always great service; excellent follow-up – when they say they'll do something, they really do; best prices; very experienced and knowable staff. And their recent move to larger premises in Auckland means they must be doing things right! Plenty of off-street car parking, but they don't yet have proper secure e-bike lock-up. Overall 9.8/10.

I think it’s really hard to make the right decision when you’re searching for a piece of photograpic equipment that you haven’t seen or used before. Photogear came up in my search and with a few others, had the product I was looking for. What made me choose them? I had brilliant customer service with a very knowledgeable person, Martin, who was extremely prompt returning emails and with those open lines of communication I was able to make my decision easily. I made the purchase feeling that if anything went wrong they would be there and back up their product and it made everything feel easy. Their prices were good as well. I definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing service, went above and beyond. Massive store with a great range. Not only did they have what I needed for battery and charging they had free cleaning kits for DSLR cameras, they even managed to track down a screw to replace one missing from my lens from another branch. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Always happy with the range of products at Photogear, and the helpfulness and friendliness of staff. I bought a desktop camera/light stand which ended up being not suitable for my home setup... Arneth responded to my exchange request on email very promptly, and Heather easily facilitated it the next day so that I got the right product for my needs. Would recommend Photogear to anyone looking for AV and tech gear :)
