Really good customer service even after sales. Will go an extra mile for your satisfaction to get the car checked with the mechanic and replace anything if needed. Kay is your go to guy.

Traded a vehicle in June 2021 and while they were in possession of the trade in they didn’t pay the registration and then they change the registration of the vehicle when they find a new buyer so the old registration fee they try to get the old owner to pay but they no longer have the vehicle during that time it was sitting in the car yard

Thanks Kay for the Hybrid purchase. I really enjoyed buying from ABC Motors - & that is saying quite a lot as I don't enjoy car buying/shopping.It is a nice smaller car lot, that is not as overwhelming compared to other car yards, Kay was very helpful & relaxed, he had a nice personality & is relaxed without being pushy, he knew a lot about the car & how to adjust the steering wheel height & seats, which made a difference to my buying experience, which I did not get from other car dealers.The inside office during the purchase is also nicer compared to other dealers, it is more relaxing & felt good, there is a hanging swing seat. :) so it was not a hard rough type of yard to go to. The paperwork didn't take long & he booked the AA inspection I requested, for me, so it was all very hassle free.I also like the key ring logo, in the shape of a car, thanks.Best wishes for 2020.

Sold me a Volkswagen Golf GTI with a broken clutch, broken wheel speed sensor, broken lights, balding tyres and loose parts and missing bits all over. I've just taken it in to have the clutch replaced today only to be told that the gearbox needs replacing as well. The cost of the work adds up to more than the current value of the car and I'm still paying the car off... Would not recommend purchasing off this dealership and if you do; get a COMPREHENSIVE vehicle check prior to purchase.

I bought a car this week from Kay at ABC. He was very friendly and helpful, even took the car to my mechanic close by for inspection at my request, and went the extra mile to change something I wasn't so keen on about it. Paperwork etc was fast and easy. Car is clean and very tidy, great condition and a great price. Thank you very much Kay I love my new car.

Kay the main person is a very friendly knowledgeable guy. He knows his car's very well and the cars are very clean and in great condition. Was more than helpful letting me have a test drive of the car and when it was raining and I needed to walk back to the train station he offered to let me use an umbrella. He seems like a really great guy someone I would trust buying my car from :)

The cars that are in stock are top notch and well presented and the premises is clean - you have to come and see for yourself.Overall I am happy with my purchase with ABC Motors - Kay provided great customer service and aftersales support, he even ordered a replacement for the missing cover keyless cover, you can tell that he loves cars!
