really helpful knowledgeable people, we've bought a few appliances off them over the tears and really happy with the advice we receive and customer service

If there would be the possibility I would give them -5 Worst company to deal with. Purchased chest freezer after some days ice started to build up on the lid I send them a e mail they told me this is happen because my freezer is sanding in an not adequate room (the room is a fully insulated garage inside the house.) After several call they agreed to send a technician to have a look no company of list provided by Award was willing to come they must know them already. After a while they found a company which did send a technician and he didn't find any thing. So answer from Award we would have damaged the lid and did bent it so no warranty. Neither the lid or the body is bent. They are just a a nasty in there behaviour. As this is clearly against the consumers right I will go sue them now.

Great service here with Grace and the chaps. Bought all new appliances for my new kitchen. Great service as always and would highly recommend. I bought an oven there years ago and find them particularly helpful...

Have used Award Appliances before and received excellent service. This time was no different, Grace was very helpful and communicated very well to any questions. great service and excellent staff.

Brought an oven with small chip. All else covered by warranty.When on sold the oven the new owner found a fault with rear element.Apparently it was there from when we brought the oven but I was not told about it by person using the oven when we had so did not get it fixed.Award absolutely refuse to cover under warranty as on sold despite being in warranty time frame and refuse to assist with repairs despite the fault being there from when it was first purchased.Have not asked them for full cover just parts and happy to pay someone to perform repair.They wont even discuss it even though fault from new.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT

Recently purchased the rangehood CH082-90-SI to replace the Smeg one I had( damaged with power strike). The Smeg was a very quiet, efficient unit and I researched those that appeared to be as quiet, or even lower decibels. This proved to extremely loud in comparison, level one would equate to about level 6 on my previous one, which had at least 6 settings. It is certainly not soft touch control either, several pushes to turn and off. Rather disappointed , could have bought a much cheaper equally noisy one. It does however work efficiently.

Grace from Award Appliances has helped me out big-time twice now with broken toasters. No questions asked, they just sort me out with excellent customer service even though i live on a little island a long way away. Thanks Grace! Trustworthy. I recommend.
