Merrell Outlet Christchurch

Great service, went in for shoes, picked out a pair, and they were great. The staff member made a suggestion on a different pair. Tried them on, even better. One pair of shoes and two pairs of pants later, great service. Worn all 3 now, I'm impressed with all.

Hi I always buy outdoor shoes here. Excellent service.. the Manager at this outlet store knows her stuff and is ever so helpful and friendly. She could teach a few people in Christchurch customer service. She gives 5 * + service, well done!!

The most uncomfortable pair of sandals I ever purchased. Avoid buying sample shoes. I understand if they were cheap, but paying $80 and getting sore feet from 30 min walk,- that’s sample gone wrong, which they are not accepting back. Might as well throw them now. I had a feeling this was a reputable brand with comfy shoes, hence why I didn’t think twice when I bought them. Very disappointing. They offered a discount for next purchase which obviously is not gonna happen. Sample in my opinion should be free or at a very low cost so brands could get a feedback on customer comfort. Sample doesn’t mean rip customers off and don’t care if they have to struggle with your uncomfortable product. Maybe your policy needs reviewing.

Came into the outlet store to buy boots and shoes, staff too busy chatting to each other to notice I had several pairs of shoes/boots in front of me (couldnt find my size....was obvious). Its a pity because Merrell has a good reputation overseas. Seriously bad service....i walked out and went to a different brand, have not looked back. #salomon

Great prices and a good game available. Only took 10 mins to find what I wanted and at half price. Great.

Staff explained I could get a refund for items at another store if they didn’t fit my other half - this was incorrect. Staff at Queenstown very rude about this. Poor communication and poor customer service. Nice clothes when they are in stock / fit

Friendly service and a very convenient store layout. Unfortunately there did not seem to be many Patagonia products available when I went, which was what I was after.

It's an outlet store so don't have all the sizes. Service good

Recently the range of men's clothing has been consistently poor with very limited veriety and sizing no longer even worth a look.
