The service department is superb!!Today they went above and beyond to solve the problem with my remote. They were very helpful, worked very quickly to accommodate me, and were good-spirited about my urgency. I have used the service department a number of times over the years and they are always really excellent. I very highly recommend Honda Newmarket!!

Despite being extremely friendly when I first purchased my car... They have been nothing but unhelpful and unprofessional when dealing with issues. I never thought I would write a review on Google, but it seems it is the only way for me to get any response or attention. I have been into the store 6+ times, called, emailed, texted and been disregarded/ignored each time regarding the stickers on the side of my car. They have peeled off and look cheap and tacky on the side of my 2020 Honda Civic. After being promised a new sticker with no additional cost... I have been met with NO responses or actual follow-up.
