Bought a Honda a few months ago. The car was checked and certified by AA. The price was reasonable.The dealer was quite helpful, offering a test drive, explaining where to refuel and pay wof and road charges etc. Whenever I approached him for after-sales help, the dealer responded in a timely manner and practical advice was given. Had a terrible experience with turners hamilton after finally getting a refund with a cheque that i couldnt use for 4 days Bei lent us a loan car and held the car we put the deposit on for us untill the cheque clears now thats going to the next level for you, also is looking into a special order evo 5 for me so has really gone the extra mile thatnks Bei!!

Brought a Suzuki swift mid august & drove to Wellington (well 1/2 way) and had transmission issues. Was able to get it to auto shop who advised i take it to another shop who then advised the transmission be re placed. 2-3 weeks later i finally have a car. Then I go to move back to Hamilton and at 12pm at night (not even at my destination) the engine oil light comes on and im having to get my mechanic uncle to assist. A day later we find out the engine is not using the oil right and have to take it back to refund it. Spent about $200 extra only to have no car today and be out $200. To top it all off there was dirty dishes, chicken and random food items all over the reception" area

great experience. dealt with JASE from the kelston site. he made our purchase of a fantastic vehicle so easy. the car was better than expected and the service was second to none. couldn't ask for more.

Had a extremely frustrating and horrible experience dealing with B & Z cars!! I called to get information on the car and told them I would be coming in the very next day to put a deposit down on a car. They told me they would hold the car for me. 30mins before I told them I was arriving, they told me they had just sold the car! (I am from Auckland so driving quite a distance) They were very rude to me when I told them I wasn’t very impressed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TRUSTING B & Z CAR TRADERS!!!!!!!!!

Friends and I have bought cars from BnZ from both Auckland and Hamilton yards. Bei and his team are always helpful and friendly and their price is reasonable and competitive most importantly is the after sale service is just outstanding! Highly recommended:)
