You are hung up on or put old hold straight away. Clearly Sam has better things to do then his job.Not impressed when we are actually requiring the towing service.

Service fine, however no payWave so beware when paying you need to bring physical card or cash

Absolutely terrible the person who you speak to after the generated call centre voice needs to learn communication skills possibly needs some education as well. Hello, Good Morning, Good Afternoon and possibly How can I assist and so forth with patients as this is a professional business after all.

Useless twits... Park their tow truck in the middle of a busy holiday track/road and hold up loads of traffic for over an hour and refuse to move, when could park or move the truck anywhere because the burned out car is 20+ meters from the road...who parks a tow truck in the middle on a road on the middle of the day. No brains, do not use these arrogant guys. (the car was not blocking the road Mr Owner mate)

Great service, first ever tow company to be on time,driver was excellent, much cheaper than parks will be useing this service from now on 5 stars.

Don't recommend these guys at all. Paid $200 for a service that failed a WOF elsewhere. Multiple things they didn't pick up on, but the one thing they did find they quoted $250-$300 for a part that cost me $4.50

Maybe this will raise an eyebrow in the office? After being let down by AA Plus, Parks Towing managed to put the icing on the cake. 1. We're told the car would be back in town on Friday. 2. Called on Friday for an update. They couldn't find our car, turned out it was still 350km away as they never picked it up. 3. Promised it was being picked up over the weekend and being dropped at our mechanics Monday morning. When car was a no show I contacted them yet again and to be told there was a hold up and on the way back that day to be dropped at the mechanics. 3. Imagine our shock when at 5pm on Monday night they were trying to drop it our place which is just round the corner from the mechanics. I was promised it was staying on the truck overnight and dropped off the next morning at 6am. I was told I never provided an address for drop off. It was in a text, also verbal and taped to the car dashboard. 4. It was never dropped off till after lunch on the Thursday!I have emailed asked for an explanation with no reply. I have also attempted to contact them via Facebook with no reply.For a company that has been in the business for 95 years the service we received was absolutely appalling. Their lack of communication and service resulted in me having to cancel my leave. I would never recommend Parks to anyone and if I was in a situation again that forced me to use them then I would be making sure they got phone calls at least 3 times a day for updates as obviously they don't know how to communicate with their customers or just put it in the too hard basket.

These guys are legends. They hustled to get my new car picked up from the port and even washed it off so it was clean when my wife picked it up. Can't speak highly enough of them.
