We have imported many cars from the USA through Famous Pacific Shipping. They were very helpful and they made the process very easy & stress free. We have recommended them to many people to use them for their shipping needs :-)

We recently started using FPS and we love the service that Vanessa provides to us. She is very dedicated in ensuring we are happy and that our goods gets cleared on time. Since we travel from Hamilton, she waits for us and ensures we return home happily with our shipment....thank you Vanessa and FPS.

Pathetic Infamous Pacific Shipping - Never deal with those rogues. They give orders to customers forget about service. They held the package and food items got spoilt because of their grudge and lethargic attitude. They have some connection with customs n keep charging customs for every item that pass n put administrative fees on top. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS N FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS. Anita kumar who sits in the office and show us attitude. Claiming we tried to reach you ages ago and they didn’t know they had a wrong number. Still doesn’t accept her fault. Hopeless service.. we understand custom asks for money for inspection usually other services charge about $80 and this company charged us double price where rhe money going in there pocket on name of customs/mpi.

Their import pricing on shipping is a tad steep. Other than that their warehouse and import staff are extremely friendly.They only have a eftpos machine downstairs. To pay with Credit Card they expect people to hand over their card and have it leave their sight. Not a good call.

So this NZ company thinks its a good idea to truck/transport my 2019 nearly new Caravan/Travel Trailer 4,300km - clear across the US from coast to coast because they don't operate out of the East coast. They bury the additional shipping charge of approx NZD$10k into the fees. If I didn't watch carefully not only would I have been overcharged significantly but my nearly new caravan/travel trailer could potentially have 2600miles or 4300km additional on it. That is not a small trip.. These people do not put the client first thats for sure. Beware.

Our shipment was due to arrive on 29th January 2021. Vanessa provided us with an exceptional service. She went over & beyond to help us out.
