We have had amazingly exceptional service from Roderigo at BO Concepts. He has been so great to deal with from the beginning to even after we received our delivery. He made an extra effort to check on things and what did we think of the new furniture at our new house. He even offered suggestions re accessorizing with plants and ornaments in our living room. Upon purchasing a new home in Nelson I made the decision to acquire all new furniture for dining, lounge and office rooms. Working with Rodrigo Vidal was an absolute delight. He came up with suggestions of not only furniture but also additional furnishings to compliment and complete each room, and the end result is stylish, contemporary and timeless. Rodrigo expanded my thinking in terms of colours and textures, and the end result is superb. Additionally, the service provided by Ben in regards delivery and then installation (2 days in Nelson) was personable and professional. All round, Bo Concept provided an exceptional service and an all round great experience. Thank you!!!

I bought several items from Boconcept to furnish my lounge. I dealt with Theo of the Auckland showroom, who was very helpful and spent a lot of time going over options and details of the products. He was very patient and I appreciated his non pushy manner when deciding what to purchase. Something you don't always encounter with some furniture retail staff in a showroom.I thought the lounge came together very well and despite the long lead time we are now enjoying our new decor. The mocked up 3d pictures that Jess did were also very helpful to visualise the finished product.Just one suggestion if you are getting the wall mounted Lugano entertainment units, consult your electrician beforehand to ascertain what wiring would be required beforehand to get that seamless boconcept look. We love our new furniture! Rodrigo was amazing, he came to our house and created a beautiful architectural drawing of how the furniture would look in our space. He had a great point of view on colour, layout and accessories too. Highly recommended.

Bo Concept were fantastic to deal with, lots of fabric samples , wood samples, and even loaned us dinning chairs to help with our decision making. 2 sofas, dinning table, dining chairs and office chair, all bought in 2021 we could not be happier with our choices thanks to the Bo-Concept & the Auckland team

The communication was excellent, and they delivered my sofa on time and with no issues. The service in the shop was wonderful, and before I had even chosen a sofa, samples of fabric were sent to me to look at. Wonderful experience. Will use BoConcept again.
