I needed a part for my toilet cistern.Got there and was directed to the counter where I was served by Vee. Simply wonderful. For the price of $3.75, I was treated like I was spending way much more. Made me happy.more

Hornby - small showroom, one staff member present on Saturday. Friendly but didn't seem to have much product knowledge about the toilets we were looking at. However, was helpful in referring us to their city branch.City (Montreal Street) - bigger & better showroom than Hornby. Would recommend going here instead of Hornby for the showroom specifically.Male staff member was nice & friendly, the right person to be customer facing. He had good product knowledge & was really helpful.Female staff member - helpful but too technical, put us on the spot a few times with her questions. Good product knowledge but at times she was too rigid in her approach. Will avoid her next visit.

Worst company I have ever used.We have been drip feed lies for products we ordered a year ago and are still waiting.But yet they will be charging us extra due to price increases in the mean time.Buyer beware.

Super helpful store!! I had been quoted $300 by a plumber to do a job I could do myself, I just needed to find the parts - which the staff at Mico were more than happy to suggest to me. I had to go back a few times with a bit of trial and error but the staff were very patient and showed me what I needed and how to fix it all. Will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and coming back if I need assistance again :) Thank you team!!

Almost every time I visit they are out of stock of something or can't get it in, have been to plumbing world immediately and got the parts I need and they are well stocked, also I always seem to be waiting 20-30 mins to be served by someone at the trade counter, don't go here, go to plumbing world instead!

At Montreal st I looked around for 10-15mins in the same section and no one came over to ask if I needed help. Lots of people sitting at desks at the back. Easier to go somewhere else to get service.
