Took my car into this place to get my car repaired and the service was ridiculous when I walked in… spoke to a lady on the phone who was willing to set up a payment plan but when I walked in I needed all cash on hand; what made it worse is I had to walk to this place because they couldn’t offer any courtesy cars or rentals during the whole month it took to repair my car… old grumpy man was super rude and had no manners, had to wait in reception for awhile for someone to cater to me… and to make it worse when I made the full payment through bank transfer I had to sit there and wait an HOUR until it cleared because they thought I could of “ hacked “ them when I had a clear screenshot of my bank payment - sort it out

Really efficient and easy to deal with, Jesse and the guys did a good job of fixing my van, would highly recommend, fairly priced too

Great service, done quickly and when they said they would, (3 days!) excellent job done - probably the first time all of the above is happened when I dropped my car (any car I've owned) off for any work to be done on it to be honest!! I'll be back when and if my car needs any panel or paint work - apparently they do a great cut and polish as well!

Wow. Lost for words at the unprofessionalism of this “business”We had an insurance job go through them as a result of being rear ended. First they painted half the car the complete wrong colour, now after getting it back the right colour I gave it a 1 minute look over and I have found splatter marks, very obvious masking lines, and rust spots. I’ve seen better paint jobs from 1 year apprentice painters.

I found this very friendly business after my car was damaged by an attempted break-in. Anderson Street Panel & Paint fitted me in promptly, sourced a part which was a good match, and did the job in the time they had said they would. They even ended up charging slightly less than the guesstimate!The cute little doggy staff-member in reception was a skilled welcoming comittee too ;)

We are very happy with the service and standard of repair to our recently damaged vehicle. Interior was left very clean also, 4 of 5 stars only due to condition of loan car which we were very grateful to have the use of for a few days,
