Easy to get too no big queues and good parking and car wash has all the bits you need in the shop and friendly helpful staff

Good service but felt items quite expensive. The Old man is great. I love to chat with him every time when I go to have a coffee or Refill my car's tank. The another guy from India working there is a great guy too. Loved their service. #Nepali

Twice I have visited this place recently and both times had the misfortune of 'running into' (literally) Kelly!Both times, not even a hint of a smile. No eye contact and grumpy. Maybe she needs to reconsider her choice of a customer facing role. Plenty of other people out there looking for a job in these extraordinary covid times. Should add though that both times Gary has been very pleasant. Take a leaf out of his book Kelly!

It’s a shame I am forced into sharing the experience I have just had with an overweight older woman behind the counter who I assume would have been the manager. Staff would not unlock the pump I had been waiting at and signalled to the main window I was ready to fill. No action whatsoever. I walked into the main door and asked if they could unlock the pump so I could start a fill. I was told quite sharply by the woman that “we don’t unlock the pumps at all”. As an older middle aged male in an upmarket car I would have thought I would have been a low risk to the station as a thief (they grey hair, nice car and good clothes meant nothing to this woman apparently) and most stations would make a call to waive policy or at least be pleasant and open up the pump. Can’t vouch for the other staff but this woman is damaging the business beyond reasonable doubt with her appalling attitude to customers.This is now the last Z station I would ever use and if you’re smart you will will go around the corner to the NPD station and save yourself 30 cents a litre and self fill there.Customer service at Z Palm beach 0/10.

Very busy, easy to find location. Nicely clean and tidy, staff were run off their feet but managed the load well.

The staff there are so lovely! Especially Ethan, my cookies and cream f’real was indeed the way to go as he recommended. So yum!

Came in today just before twelve, there was a woman and man at the cafe service area, I ordered my coffee with soy and the woman asked if it was for allergy reasons, which is awesome cause it is, so then the baristas the man then cleaned the machine and used a separate jug. I really appreciate this and think they both provided awesome service and the coffee was brilliant!!

Not happy about pay at the pump. I asked for assistance and was shown how to use the pay thingy. But then left to fill my car myself. Fill being the key word, as usually I key in the monetary amount I require.Assistance would have been great as I ended up with petrol over my shoes and jeans and through 3 layers of my clothing. I was pretty wet with petrol. It was upsetting and I felt panicked.
