Ikon Homes, faced with the challenges that Covid bought to a build, managed to create our beautiful home without issues or hassles. They provided the perfect section, designed a fantastic house and completed the build exactly to budget and one week early. I would build again with this team and probably will be down the track.

Anything slightly complicated like a slope, or house on poles, Ikon will likely struggle with. You may be fine if it's a standard off the plan build on a completely flat section.In my pic of the pole with a split, please also notice the bolted on addition to the right. Not only was this pole not put in straight (causing the split) but it was also put in the wrong place (hence the addition). Several other poles also have this addition to ensure the subfloor/framing was supported correctly.See my other pic of where the floor has a 4mm gap between the wall, and my other two pics of excess concrete which they left behind, and the amount of rubbish, nails, and shrapnel I found after they charged $675 for post build clean up. They also left around 4m cube of mulch on my neighbours property and told me to just spread it out".The worst thing about them was underestimating the cost of the sub floor by around $13
