Wow. Sublime cocktail (mandarin /gin), tasty food - melt in your mouth lamb - and wonderful service. We have throughly enjoyed our evening and we’ll be coming back.

All 4 dishes we had were flavoursome and excited the pallette. Only one chef in the kitchen and he was on point. Highlight definitely was the the fried chicken and beef brisket sliders. Lowlights were the polenta bites and chicken liver parfait. Good in there own right but not as good as the other two.

The chefs can really cook, we had 3 share plates, lamb cutlets, prawn tacos and cheesy garlic bread with caramelized onions. The lamb and prawns were cooked perfectly. Where they fell down was the flavor, a few spices, a sauce or even some salt would have elevated the dishes to a 4 or 5. Service was good, we had a seat away from the noisy bar area, opposite the open kitchen which was fun watching the chefs at work. Recommended but not highly, a few small tweaks to the food and could have been so much better.

Excellent experience from the online booking to the end of the evening. Very warm welcome even tho we were an hour late. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful food, our first experience of cocktails (we are beer drinkers), the live soloist was world class, the other patrons were very welcoming just an overall amazing experience. When you go to a 'wine bar' you can expect they know their drinks, which these guys exceed at. However, what really caught me off guard is how incredibly good the food is. Top that off with the most personable and knowledgeable staff and you're guaranteed an excellent night out.
