He gave his market analysis and honest opinion about where he saw we sat in the market and where he felt we would be headed, and he was pretty spot on.We talked about identifying our point of differences in the market to maximise impact. I had another place lined up and needed to balance getting the best value from my sale and also in a timely manner. Great dealing with an honest agent. Jan helped us during the buying process and also during the selling process and I am impressed with Jan's honesty and communication throughout both processes.
