Brilliant display of teamwork as new heatpump was installed & operational in about an hour from the time the dog barked at the van, to cold airflow. Way impressed.

Installed an automatic gate system that had a fault after a couple of years. Turns out installation was substandard used the wrong cable and did not secure the keypad correctly to prevent insects getting in. Getting any level of service from this company was impossible. They tried to con me into paying $1600 for new gate arms when the problem was an ant's nest in the keypad that was shorting out as a result that they did not detect despite me paying for them to find the problem. Cannot recommend them for automated gates as both quality of service and attitude towards customers is arrogant and unprofessional.Their response that they did not do the install is not correct. As per previous owner of the property and the neighbour it was Matt from Gibson Electrical and it was Matt from Gibson Electrical who came to check it and who they kept saying was their gate specialist and who they kept saying would be the person to turn up. So my review remains unchanged. Beware if you choose this company to do security gate installation as clearly something is not right.

There are not enough stars to give this company, We were recommended by a friend to give them a call on a large project (Campground) we have under way. Robert Gibson came over at the appointed time on time and after we finished explaining what we were trying to achieve he worked out a workable plan and design for us saving a lot money and headache. His staff are second to none and know their stuff . Owning a contracting company in Auckland and dealing with contractors on a daily basis we can honestly say Robert Gibson has set a bar that would be hard to surpass. Deserve a zero. Booked them weeks ahead. Rang at 11am job day, asking when they will be here. Mrs Gibson told me they were very busy so not coming and now they don't want such a small job...From Mr Gibson email to me If you continue to...comment on my company I will be forced to take further action."What shockers! Their staff are nice though."

Excellent service. Robert is the man for all electrical work..he is knowledgeable friendly and prompt.
