Very bad customer service !The guy (owner) Dropped off the order and half of the order was missing i called him after 2 days to tell him what’s missing and he wasn’t helpful at all and he started swearing at me over the phone.After a long arguments and after he swears at me twice and hang up the phone on me 4 times and after wasting my time problem is sorted but definitely I’m disappointed with service and the way he deals with customer :(Definitely watch out if you want to deal with himOpen a pic below and see what he texted me after he found the 1star feedback !!:(:(He should be running a gang not a business !

Great service. I needed to order during the weekend and they took my call although they were closed. They sent me a quote and I made payment the next business day. They emailed me that the shelves were on the way with tracking information. The trucking company delivered them on Saturday morning. I assembled the shelves with the instructions provided with no problems. Sleeves are exactly what I wanted and pleased with the experience. 7 days and delivered to the Manawatu.
