Great evening and food!Been a while since we last been at Barrio Brothers and the food was excellent with fantastic flavours. We were placed in a slightly dark area where I had to use my phone's torch to read the menu but once we ordered it was fine. There was a lively atmosphere with vibrant colours and the staff was friendly with good service overall. Would highly recommend Barrio Brothers and we will definitely come back next time we are in town again.

Thursday night discount margaritas was just what the end of the work year called for. $13 jugs instead of $30 -winner! Great food as usual and fast service. The squid is always great here, never overcooked. It was pricey for the family to eat at $150 for five of us and that was with two of the kids under 12 eating $15 meals.

1st time there, food was good, but the ordering by QR code system needs some work as half our order was missed. The Staff were friendly enough, but maybe need a few more as service was a little slow.

Amazing food, service and ambience. Half price discount on Wednesday if you get seated between 4:30pm to 6:30pm on food selected menu*. There are good vegetarian options, if any dietry requirements please ask and let the staff know. Must try horchata Panna cotta and churro for desserts.They have plenty of seatings to accommodate large groups.

Excellent! The food, drinks and especially the vibes were awesome! We came here for a date night (with only an hour left before close) and the staff was nice and didn’t rush us. The vibe of this place is really what got us! We sat bar side and definitely recommend it! 10/10

Having dined in and had takeaways over a number of years, and having always been very satisfied with the service and the food, last night’s experience was a real let down! We ordered takeaways, which took considerably longer than advised. The food portions were far smaller than usual and certainly not to their usual standard. Was very disappointing considering the price. Sure hope it was just a one off poor experience!

Extremely flavourful, generous Mexican food, located on the main strip in Tauranga. Ambience was excellent and they also have a large selection of cocktails to go - only gripe was they didn't have any mezcal but don't let that take away from the selection on offer!We have fajitas, ribs and enchiladas and we were pretty well stuffed for the evening!Waiting staff all had permanent smiles on their faces and were the perfect hosts.
