Great service 99% of the time.Except for one female worker who shouted at me because I took a 'few extra' seconds to decide on what to eat. She clearly had no patience and fell under her own pressure. Doesn't mean you can take it out on your customers. I was the bigger person and didn't even react to such non sense. This happened a few years ago.

Nice food with good setting areas. Staff is friendly and co-operative. Getting complimentary cookies on every time ordering online. Only problem is that it's hard to find it is inside the sports center. But overall customer service is good

There was one person to serve in the morning and she had to make 9 coffee but it will be much more easier to serve two customers who needs toastie we had to wait more than 10mins

Thought I'd try the AUT Subway for the first time. Walked in. Guy behind the counter with long greasy black hair in his face preparing a sandwich in one hand, sneezes right into his elbow, keeps making sandwich. Walked out. Will never return.
