Keswick Christian Camp

The catering staff were unhelpful and inflexible, and if you have alternative dietary requirements, they really do not even try. Didn't use the accomodation as we were in a campervan, but the showers and toilets were OK. We were with a group paying $60 per person per day for the food and what we got served was probably less than $15 per day cost, and was all reheat stuff.If our group were going there again, I would book into a hotel nearby for the same money and avoid torturing my digestive system again.I can't find where to reply to the owners' comment below, so adding a comment here.The group I was staying with was the NZ National Morris Dancing tour group and YES, I definitely stayed at the Keswick Christian Camp from 22 - 27th January 2023.

Well suited for big groups on a budget. We went in a high school trip and the lodge worked well, basic but warm and fairly roomy. Bathrooms could've been a little better and bigger for the price. The catered breakfast and dinner was very simple but enjoyable most of the time.

Rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms and toilets. Stayed for 3 days. Rooms were warm and just the right temp, they have heaters in the rooms as well. Showers had good hot water and the right pressure. Plenty plenty parking. Massive spread out accomodation buildings.Hall had two projectors, warm and can easily seat 200, possibly more. Food was done to good hygiene standards. Kitchen (food preparation area) was spick and span. Not one complaint however hard I'm trying to fault.

A great place to take rest when you've had a rough day touring the city of Rotorua. Great service! Wonderful people! Next time I visit Rotorua, I would like to come back here!

Wonderful location, service and stay. Price includes meal option. Great clean facility. We have stayed here a number of times over the years for reunions. Excellent camping environment. Options for young families in the units and also a lodge facility for extended families and friends.We stayed at this campsite more than 4 times over the last decade. It hasn’t disappointed us.The only change was the meals. It was on the ‘light’ side this time. We were grateful there is a Mc Donald’s up the road to have a late night meal.We still highly recommend this great Camp and Team.

Was here for a conference, many different break out spaces and did well to accommodate a large group. Toilets could use a little work as the one I used had the door coming off. The food provided for morning tea (the meal we were there for) was great. Considering it was winter it is a great venue

Great place for families especially family reunions or school campsClean facilities and hot water!!!!The cabin that we slept in was comfortable.The queen bed very warm especially with electric blanket.

Visiting a friend but a lot goes on out there. At the moment they're supporting Kiwi fruit and other workers...awesome
