I have experienced healing with both John and Tami together through their monthly group Soul Ascension Breath work sessions (I've attended 4 and will definitely go back again). John and Tami are so lovely. I first went to one of their breath work sessions on the beach, the breath work offered insights of things I needed to action (even if I didn't particularly feel brave enough to do). I have recently had a one on one Soul Ascension with John, this was a very held experience and offered further insights- and probably other things that'll only make sense in a few years to come.
