NZ Post Centre Lytton West

Purchased staff syndicate ticket and asked that it be for three draws.It wasn't until the following day at work I looked and realized that the man had sold me three of the same ticket for the night befores draw...I phoned to explain the error as we now have to puchase two more tickets and collecting lotto money is a chore at the best of times. I was rewarded with a lengthy lecture on how well trained her husband was in lotto and it being my fault for not being clearer.....also that it was my responsibility to have checked the tickets were correct prior to leaving. An acknowledgement that the error was indeed theirs and a sorry would have been nice.Will not be returning to give the tickets for staff training as suggested which is a shame as Natalie and Mohana are fabulous.

Exceptional service, Caroline is extremely knowledgeable and Maslyn was so helpful too, will definitely be back next time I’m in Gisborne
