Life Pharmacy Commercial Bay

Went to buy a new perfume, the blonde lady there watched me like a hawk assuming I was stealing. Don’t appreciate it, I went to another store to buy it instead.

Victoria had provided my prescription medicine with great engagements and care.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help and it is much appreciated! :)

Shannon and her colleague (the tall lady, sorry i forgot her name :( ) were extremely friendly and professional. I called a few other pharmacies around Auckland cbd before them who obviously couldn't bother helping me out but they were busy when I called them, took my number and called me back after 5 minutes and helped me and my partner to get what we needed. They were both so caring and genuinely interested in helping us. Thank you very much again and when we are back in Auckland, we will definitely come back here.

Incredibly rude, spent more time gassbagging with each other than helping me out. Tried to send me somewhere completely out of town for an item... That I got from the chemist warehouse 2 mins up the road. The disdain and snobbery was quite frankly, disgusting

I have tried for the last two hours to contact this store and driven to another because Life Pharmacies are all sporatic on what services they offer and operating each to their own!Bad service and lacking basic Customer Service skills.

We were in town and my husband wasnt too well so we went to Life pharmacy to see if we could get something over the counter to help. We were met with a staff member who explained our situation to and she came back with Pharmacist Nadia who was absolutely wonderful. She asked the right questions and high level med history then gave her recommendation of medicine..she was extremely helpful and her knowledge of medicines to take was very commendable. Thank you Nadia...hubby ate first as you recommended before taking the tablets and also had the syrup separately and he is feeling much much better.Life Pharmacy provided awesome service and went over and beyond our expectations.Thank you again Nadia.
