MY experience at Footlocker GLENFIELD on Friday, 28/1/2022, first thing am, as a first time shopper 100% AWESUM.. The 2 lovely, helpful Assistants made me feel at home and helped me from start to finish with a little issue I had with AFTER PAY.. NO major issue BUT the girls persisted with A SMILE and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and CARE. I went in store to purchase a pair of NIKE Air Force shoes for my precious near 10yr old Grandson. THANKYOU Ladys for making My Experience GREAT.. YES I will be back to shop for My Grandson and very likely a pair of sneakers for Myself.

Such a waste of time purchasing items here.spent around $800 still didn’t add all the items in the order,when found out missing item rang couple of times but didn’t picked up the phone given excuse when showed up again at store that they didn’t add the item into the order and excuse of being on break for not picking up the phone while 3 were there working at a time.poor service.!!

Small, good selection of shoes but wish there would be more but the store size is small. Sometimes feels awkward going in when it's empty and workers stare at you, but nothing harmful

I don't need 4 people to ask me if I need help within the space of 3 minutes. Really aggressive staff. Some people just want too shop alone.

My son wanted a pair of Air Jordan shoes, so after some Googling I ended up at Footlocker Glenfield. Staff where very helpful, even after my son turned down some shoes they helped with. When I queried the staff they provided alternative shops I could try. I ended up buying shoes from Footlocker at Sylvia Park. The staff there were equally friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this shop for all your sports shoe needs.

I brought my son some new shoes and an adidas’s jacket, after 4 weeks he tells me the jackets high neck isn’t what he is used to wearing. Never worn I take it back after a month and the service to refund me was so swift A+ thank you

Ok. Staff are friendly enough. Decent selection of shoes. Nothing rare or fantastic. GR jordans. Quite a few nmds and some ultra boost. Some good bagins can be found if you hunt and are a size 13 like me ;)

We returned some faulty basketball shoes. They were understaffed due to covid isolation regulations, but Sachi was so helpful and friendly in communicating between us and her manager on the phone. A very easy and pleasant experience! Thank you so much
