Totally unprofessional.Accepted a job, did half of it. Average quality work and had to keep making calls to get them to come complete phase one of the job.When the parts arrived to complete phase two I was ghosted by their admin and sales team for two weeks. After numerous emails and calls over 13 days trying to book a time I received an email saying they wouldn't be completing the work as promisedThankfully I found a competing business who were able to tidy up Lasers initial work and complete it within a few days.I would advise people to look elsewhere if they are on a set schedule or expect a degree of professionalism.

Initially excellent for new build. Extra work very expensive. Following up on our heat pump very slow. Sent numerous emails to manager, no response. Not impressed now.
