Have been a macpac fan for a long time. This morning entered into the shop and asked if you have ice scrapper but retail assistant made me feel very uncomfortable to the point it felt like she is belittling me by my accent and colour.I will never purchase this brand again.

Unfriendly and rude staff. Macpac is normally good. Try another store. Our experience wasn't great unfortunately.

I bought a jacket here on my honeymoon. The instore sales people talked up the quality and the warranty of macpac products. My occasional use jacket last 3 seasons before the zipper failed. Macpac denied the claim and said its normal wear and tear

I love this store and the staff are AMAZING!!! I ha purchased a blanket from here a few months ago, and I keep going back for more. The staff go out of their way to help, and have sourced them from other branches around he country for me, calling other stores to check on colour (cos I'm fussy). Jenny, Alex and Izzie you are the absolute best. Super friendly, great product knowledge and I always love a good sense of humour too. A+++

very good selection, the staff helped me so much with hiking gear, and took the time and the effort to answer every question, and make me try as many backpacks as i wished. would go back for any gear!
