Seriously good , compare to few big names Zeronet is really worth and pocket friendly

Can't use more than one device and now 5 minutes before the game I can't stream it. Not happy!

Zeronet has been a delight to deal with and moving our internet plan was seamless and simple. We took up the offer of a new router and now have lightning fast and stable wifi for the first time in years! I would seriously recommend them, Peter

Daniel was amazing! He quickly identified why I wasn't connected and within 15 minutes he arranged connection 2hrs after the chat was closed. I was finally online 2 days after moving into my new place. More impressively - he phoned me 20 minutes ago to follow up and make sure I was connected ok. Thanks Daniel! The only piece of feedback I can think of is for Zeronet to implement a phone number for phone support. Chat doesn't work outside working hours and I had to finish work early to be able to get home at 5:45pm and sort this out before support is unreachable at 6:00pm. The chat also accidentally closed on me once but I was lucky enough to be reconnected to Daniel before the cutoff time. Overall, I'm happy with everything so far :-)

Hard to find a company that genuinely cares about the environment.The sign up process is easy as. And have no issues with the internet speed.

There was a glitch while setting up my broadband. Fortunately, it was solved well. As a start-up company, I can see the senior management would like the company to go far. They are proactive to identify and mitigate the issues and aim to improve the business process. So I still choose to stay with this provider.
