Very high quality service, the staff go out of their way to provide personalised service. They don't pressure sell, rather they took time to understand my requirements and consulted on options. The staff appear to all be keen riders and their passion for the industry shows.

I can’t fault the staff and service at this store. Not only do they manage to have all the gear that other stores have sold out of, their helpfulness is also extraordinary.I damage my bike a lot... A LOT. 90% of the time I drop it in with no warning, they crack a joke, I laugh, they say they're busy and the turnaround will likely be longer than a week and I say I'm not in a rush... then I get a phone call a couple days later saying its ready for pick up! Absolute legends.Also, may I add- without breaking the bank!
