Quite possibly the worst shopping experience Ive ever had. Walked into the store with 4 woman walking around looking everyone up and down and no help. After 40 min got seen by a Sales assistant who hot stamped my bag and butchered my initials. Strap was then re hot stamped with the wrong initials by her manager. Been 4 weeks now and no sign of the new strap. I genuinely would avoid at all costs- this has tarnished my experience and I will never buy from LV again.

Its alright, sales team was there to help but some are not as welcoming as Gucci and Saint Laurent. I got a glass of tap waster and fingerpint covered sunglasses that came without a microfibre cleaning cloth. Its ok but could improve with customer service, some staff make eye contact but don't smile or greet, doesn't seem like they are invested in their customers. For a luxury brand, I'd expect better. At Saint Laurent that offered us two bottles of sparkling water and really friendly service. However the young lady who served me at LV was very lovely, am glad when I went back the 2nd time around, she approached me instead. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer of Louis Vuitton for many years, but my recent visit to their store left me extremely disappointed. It was, by far, the worst experience I have had with the brand.Firstly, the customer service was severely lacking. I arrived at the store and had to wait for approximately 30 minutes, even though there were only two groups of customers inside and five staff members present. It was frustrating to see such a stark contrast between the number of staff and the amount of time it took to be attended to.Furthermore, I was given misleading information regarding the purchase of duty-free perfume. I was informed that perfume could not be bought as duty-free, which was not the case. This misinformation wasted my time and caused unnecessary confusion.Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the limited edition perfume I wanted to purchase could not be engraved, despite having previously purchased two limited edition perfumes that were perfectly engraved at other Louis Vuitton stores. When I showed the staff a photo of my previously engraved perfumes, they informed me that they did not have the necessary skills to perform the engraving. This lack of consistency and expertise within the brand was disheartening.Overall, this experience was the worst I have ever had with Louis Vuitton. It has made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand and think twice before visiting their stores in the future. The combination of poor customer service, misleading information, and inconsistent practices has left me feeling let down and dissatisfied.I hope that Louis Vuitton takes this feedback constructively and addresses the issues that led to this disappointing experience. As a long-time customer, I expected much better, and I hope that future customers will not have to endure similar frustrations.

Worst after-sales service experience ever. I was sent an item to repair in Singapore on November 2022, on the beginning of February they told me that my item is ready to be collected. But when I went to the store, there is a completely different item to my original SLG.Besides the internal management team’s fault in both NZ and Singapore, I was told to continue to wait, but until today I haven’t received any update from them. I went to the store this afternoon, and that male Asian sales assistant was so rude and just kicked the ball at the Singapore team and told me to communicate with them.I am still shocked by the rude response from him and can’t believe this is the standard of Louis Vuitton's service.I have made a formal complaint to the both New Zealand and Singapore service assistant, hopefully, I can get my item asap.To all of you, don’t even go shopping in NewMarket store if you are planning to, just go to the Queen Street store and you will feel the completely different standard of service!!

Regretted walking into this store. The saleswoman is obnoxious and just stood there while I was checking things out. Whilst I understand usually SA will say if need anything let them know, what is up with standing in front of you not saying a single word, instead just starting at you like you are freak! Extremely unpleasant. Thanks LV for saving my hard earned money.

Interesting shopping experience. Waited outside for 1 hour and saw at least 3 SAs walk out to chat with the SA standing outside (not about work) and then going back in to chat more. Walked into the store after waiting for 1 hour only to be served by a Chinese SA with no expression and could not be bothered saying more than a few words to us. Also left us hanging when she was supposed to go get us the item from the back to go talk to some other customers she knew. Interesting that her regulars deserved more attention and smiles" than us. Have seen this pattern over the years shopping at Queen Street store too. For some Chinese SA's
