Stewart Island Electric Bikes

Had an amazing day with the bikes, was able to do a bunch of exploring near and on the outskirts of Oban. Had great advice and help - highly recommended!

These bike are so awesome to ride you feel like your cheating when riding.Great and friendly service.All you will need to do a 'Tiki Tour' around the town of Oban and nearby areas.

Friendly staff that helped us find the best route on the island with the kids (because we got the kids trailer and seat). Good pricing as it was waaaay cheaper that Queenstown and also the bikes were super powerful. Very happy and such a great way to see the island!

Pete appeared very pleasant, casual and accommodating at first engagement. He allowed us to rent his bike in the evening to enjoy the long summer daylight which we appreciated very much. We were enamored by the beautiful sunset out where there were patchy reception, and forgot the time. We returned the bikes an hour late, to a very angry, flushed-faced Pete. Despite perfuse apologies from us, he still felt he needed to express his anger and reprimanded us like school children. He accused me of not providing a working phone number, even though we spoke on the phone 3 times during the day.I work in medical services and no matter what the cause of interpersonal dissatisfaction, one attempts to diffuse a tense situation in the most diplomatic way. I’m surprised and disappointed here a gentleman in the tourism industry, feels he has the right to dish out his piece of mind so freely without any filters. Shame he ruined our memory of such a beautiful place on earth, and made us feel very unwelcome.

Matty was a great help today. First time on an e bike for me. Perfect way to see the island and what a gorgeous day for it. Next time we'll do the whole day hire and take a picnic. Highly recommend!

Epic bikes, great service. Great way to get around the island for an afternoon

Fantastic way to see the island. Had never been on an ebike before but they were a great help up the very steep hills). Saw lots of beautiful beaches and bird life along the way. A fab way to see the island - able to see far more of the island than if you went on foot. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
