A good friend of mine can here she first had her appointment changed and was mucked around, when it was at the fault of the stylist. Finally after she had her hair done and paid for a full balayage, her hair after was two solid yellow strips at the front of her head with an orange band. Not what she asked for. She messaged the stylist and told them that she was unhappy with the results to then be left of read and still no reply. personally this is the worst customer service I have seen being in retail for 4 years there is always a solution to a problem, it does not need to be difficult. Now because they haven’t replied back they are getting a bad review instead.

Rikki recently did mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding and she was just amazing! She did up do's for the girls and down for me and was everything I would have wished for.
