Raumati Sands Resort

Well situated just 200m from the beach. The staff are on top of their job. Clean and tidy apartments with just enough space. Very professionally run establishment. Pool is not huge but well presented. Kid friendly.

We stayed here back in April & it was a much needed break away. We really appreciated the stellar service & stress free week in a place we hadn't stayed together before. We could not recommend this place & the owner enough. We were greeted instantly at the carpark by the lovely owner & showed directly to our parking space, room and recommended local places.The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, we really enjoyed the feel of our place and the amenities provided. The resort itself had lovely tropical features and a very peaceful atmosphere.I also had the ability to use the lighted pool at nighttime by myself to do some exercise and relaxed swimming after!The location was another one of it's best features as we were right by the beach and local restaurants.We were extremely impressed by this resort & it has made us want to come back twice as much. We hope to see you guys again & enjoy another fantastic experience in Raumati!

Stayed here for four nights whilst our house was getting packed. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.We've stayed here multiple times and reccomend.Close to Marine Gardens for kids to play at the water pad, playground and miniature train rides on occassion.Our toddlers enjoyed the daily swim in the hotel pool; apologies to Karen trying to drink her chardonnay and read her book in peace by the pool.The Boundary, Thai Lagoon and The Waterfront restaurant / bars are 2min walk. So is pharmacy and 4 square.Hope to be back.

Fantastic accomodation! I stayed in a two bedroom unit. The two rooms, both with little balcony's of ranchsliders,( the master room over looking the pool.) Were upstairs...with a large bathroom with jet bath and toilet inbetween ghe two rooms.. Downstairs was a full kitchen (I found time go bake in!) Another toilet, a laundry cupboard with washer and separate dryer!, and a very spacious lounge. Very good for people who like separate areas. It dad asleep upstairs while kids play downstairs. Straight across the road from shopping village AND beach. Super helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Have been staying here for years during weeks I have work in the region. It is my go-to absolutely love it. Perfect location away from busy Wellington but easy driving distance. Good food within walking distance. Great service and staff. The owners are amazing. All the amenities one could ask for. Great wifi with awesome net speed - being a gamer this is a big plus. Have recommended Raumati Sands resort to friends and family who also share my opinion on the place after staying.

This place is amazing. Rooms are spectacular and pool and spa is icing on the cake

Superb and Superior Accommodation (apartnent style);Informative, Helpful, and Friendly Reception; Great location to local shops, various eateries, and beach, where you may view spectacular sunsets!

We just stayed there. Nice motel, reasonable rooms, and the gentleman who I think owns it is lovely, very helpful and goes out of his way to help guests. As for the woman there she is extremely rude, not flexible in the slightest and has a horrible manner about her. She should not be front of house there. Terrible customer service on her behalf.The room was fine.

Have just left raumati sands with heavy heartsWas such a lovely stay! Hosts are awesome nothings to much of a hassle and they made us feel so welcome pool was gorgeous room ( we stayed in the king suite) was exceptional10/10 my son loved the pool and was lovely on a hot eveningWill be back!Sarah
